Returns Policy:

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it within 2-3 days from date of delivery and exchange for another item or for a store credit under the following terms and conditions.

Please Note: All sales are final however, we do offer refunds back to your credit card only once we have received the item(s) back in the same condition as provided. Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and are returned in their original packaging. We and the manufacturer's distributor reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) if in our opinion the goods have been mistreated, abused, used, dry cleaned, washed or soiled in any way. ALL returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original tax invoice for them to be considered for exchange or store credit. Please ensure you return item(s) via Express Post, Air Postage or Registered Post and they are packed to ensure protection from transit damage. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit. * All shipping and postage costs incurred with the sending or the returning of item(s) is strictly non-refundable. All item(s) returned are subject to the returns and exchange terms and conditions above. Any item(s) you wish to return because you are not satisfied with the item(s) must be returned within 2-3 days. The item(s) must be returned as supplied. Any item(s) deemed to not meet the standards of our Returns Policy will not be refunded.
